Learning to Use the Website
For new members, the website might be confusing to navigate. I’ve made a video explaining how the website works as a member. I hope it helps.
The Different Membership Levels
There are 3 membership levels.
Level 1 Membership: Includes access to 10 study courses. Learn more (£10/month, £100/year)
Level 2 Membership: Includes access to all Level 1 courses and live group classes twice a week. Learn more (£20/month or £200/year)
Level 3 Membership: Includes access to all Level 1 and Level 2 courses, plus private coaching, pronunciation & writing feedback, and two bonus audio courses. Learn more (£40/month or £400/year)
All memberships are recurring unless cancelled.

Upgrading or Downgrading a Membership Plan
You can change your membership to a higher or lower level in your account settings.
➡️ Go to your account settings
- Go to the Subscriptions tab
- Click the ⋮ on the right and click “Change Plan”
- Choose the plan you want and confirm
Cancelling Your Membership
You always have full control over your membership.
➡️ Go to your account settings
- Go to the Subscriptions tab
- Click the ⋮ on the right and click “Cancel”
- If you want, you can submit feedback on the next page, then click “I still want to cancel my membership“
Your Status will changed to “Cancelled”. You can still use the website until your current term expires.
Changing Payment Details
You can change your payment details in your account menu.
➡️ Go to your account settings
- Go to the Subscriptions tab
- Click the ⋮ on the right and click “Update“
- Enter your new card and “Submit“

Preview a Group Class
I asked for permission to record the final 10 minutes of a group class in 2025. Here’s the recording. Hopefully it shows you what a typical class is like, as well as the level of English used.
Using Zoom
We always use Zoom for the group classes. It can be confusing if you haven’t used it before, but as a student, you don’t need to know much.

Email Lesson Reminders
If you are a Level 2 or 3 member and want to get email reminders for the group classes, you need to sign up on the website.
- Enter your email for the class you want reminders for
- Wait for the day! You’ll get an email 2 hours before the class begins
You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link in the email.
Booking a Private Coaching Session
Private Coaching is available for Level 3 members.
- From your Dashboard, click on the Private Coaching button
- Scroll down to the calendar and choose a date
- Fill in your details and click confirm
- You will get an email confirmation and reminder
You can also book the initial welcome call if you go further down the page.

The Points System
Members can earn points and get awarded medals for using the website and commenting. The more you engage, the more points you get.
