New Year 2021 141

New Year Reflections

This is an episode I’ve been looking forward to for a long time as I’ll be going deep into topics regarding reflections from 2021 and resolutions for the coming year. I love this time of year and it’s great to pause and take a think about what went well and what you can do better next year.

In this episode, I share some of my own reflections, thoughts and plans, and I reflect the questions back to you. I’d love if some of these questions are useful for you too, and feel free to even leave a comment or send me an email with your answers!

Reflective Questions to Ask Yourself

What did I achieve this year?

How am I mentally different to where I was last year?

How is my life different to where it was last year?

What failures have I made that I’d like to learn from this year?

“Monotony is the enemy of a well-remembered life.”

Resolution Questions to Ask Yourself

What would I like to achieve in the coming year?

What does my perfect life look like? What actionable steps can I take to get there?

What will I do this year that scares me?

What will I be proud of this year?

How will I grow this year?

“You’re not afraid of the future when you’re moving yourself towards it.”
