146 Burn Out

Burn Out

This is a video that I will also be posting on the podcast as an audio version. I talk a bit about burning out and ways to avoid this. I also share my plans for the future of my YouTube channel and work.

Avoiding Burn Out

  1. Take time for yourself
  2. Take one day at a time
  3. Don’t put too many things on your plate
  4. Have health habits and talk about your problems

What I'm Changing

In short, I’m starting to combine everything I do under the “Level Up English” umbrella.

You can find all my links above, but I’m essentially planning on working much more on Level Up English Members and gradually phase out English With Michael.

My content online (YouTube, Instagram..) will now more reflect the Level Up English name.

Hope that makes sense! I look forward to having you join me on this journey!

Vocabulary

  • Off the cuff – Without planning or preparation
  • Too many things on my plate – To do too many projects at the same time
  • Delegate – Assign work and tasks to others

  1. Hi Michael! You’ve been doing an incredible job! The content of the LevelUp site and other platforms covers literally all parts of language and all ways of learning. Every student can find something suitable for his level, goals and personality. That’s really amazing! And I can’t help but say that you’re a very admirable and inspiring person. I’m happy that I met you. Wish you tons of luck with your work and enough space in your schedule for other activities and joys.

    1. Thanks so much Anna! That’s really kind of you to say. You can tell I’m definitely not good at focusing on a niche in my content! haha! Hopefully that’s not a big deal. I appreciate your kind words 🙂
