Why We Procrastinate

As language learners, I’m sure we all know what it’s like to procrastinate (delay, postpone, put off) things that need to get done.

Instead of studying or doing our work, perhaps we end up scrolling on our phones or even cleaning the house!

In this episode, I talk about some possible reasons as to why this happens as well as my ideas on some solutions.
