📝 September 15th: Work Rush
Daily rush – part 1 / 14092025
It is difficult to wake up on Monday – before 5 a.m.
I always manage it, but do it always with difficulty.
→ “always” usually sounds most natural directly after the subject.
→ If you’d like a more advanced and very natural phrase, here’s an alternative: I always manage to get through it, but not without difficulty.
The daily rush starts in the kitchen: the dogs wait for food, meals for children must be done, my withe wife must go to the office and I stay at home.
Monday-Friday: I must go to the office 3 times a week to the office.
→ Don’t forget the verb (go)
→ Frequency (e.g. Twice a week / 3 times a year) often sounds most natural at the end
For me, (this seems like) the most stupidest idea. We don’t have time to speak to each other, the target must bee done, and overtime is are welcome.
My escape from this job story in the middle of during the weeks are private English lessons with my teacher Armando (Tuesday and Wednesday) and the Level Up English podcast. Without these this two things, I couldn’t can not imagine getting through my whole week.
→ In the middle of = This sounds like directly in the middle (e.g. Wednesday)
→ During the week = This sounds like it could be any time from Monday-Friday
→ I couldn’t imagine getting through the week = Add “couldn’t” to make a second conditional. It sounds like it’s just an imaginary situation; not something that’s actually happening
Weekends: English classes are the highlights of my is one of some tops Saturdays. I have time for myself, I can check myself, what I have learned recently, and speaking with other people is an enjoyable time.
Increasing my of English speaking was my purpose when I felt depressed went depressive. I decided about one year ago to be more confident with/in (both possible) speaking. When you have a target that must be achieved, keep persevering go ahead. Don’t forget to reflect review yourself.
→ Go ahead: Usually, this means “walk in front of me”
→ Persevere: This is a great word that means “work hard” or “not giving up”
The Next Saturday’s highlight top is being with my family and spending time in the garden.
How I can release energy at weekend: I love jumping rope, go with dogs to the forest to forget stupid things related to my job.
