By booking a coaching session, you agree to these terms.

The teacher reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Each member is entitled to one 60-minute English coaching session per month.

All sessions must be booked using the inbuilt calendar on the website.

If a member misses a session without prior notice, they cannot rebook for that month.

Missed sessions do not carry over to the next month.

Members may reschedule their session if they provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Without notice, the lesson will be skipped.

If the teacher is unwell or unable to attend the session, they will reschedule and work with the member to find the most convenient time.

If a member decides to cancel the session entirely rather than rescheduling, the session for that month will be skipped.

Members are expected to arrive on time.

If a member is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be marked as missed.

These sessions are for personal English coaching only.

Sharing the session with another person is not permitted.
